The C-97 is Subpro's latest attempt to seize a portion of the starfigther business. It is simply an upgraded version of the C-73, the original Tracker. The new fighter has several advantages, including a turret-mounted weapon and hyperdrive, but none of the other systems have been upgraded from those on the original fighter. The C-97 has sold realitivly well, though, and sees use by planetary governments, pirates, and Rebels. Sales continue to trickle in, and Subpro has recently announced plans for a C-100 model.
