Blue Deck 
Here we are, yet another deck design from my vaults. This is my standard mono-blue deck, consisting of 42 cards. They are:

20x Islands

1x Diminishing Returns

4x Confiscate

4x Recall

1x Zuran Orb

4x Grindstone

4x Counterspell

Binding Grasp

Tactics: Put simply, this deck is a pain to use, but it's fun. The key card is Confiscate. Use it to pull off a win by stealing your opponents permenants and using them against him. Use the counterspells to protect yourself, and use Recall and Diminishing returns to resupply yourself with them. Grindstone is the only somewhat offensive card in the deck. It gives you another route to winning: Depleteing his deck. I'll leave it at that. See ya!
